The inputs behind the estimate.
The current model uses sleep duration and consistency, moderate and vigorous activity, strength activity, steps, VO₂ max, resting heart rate and optional lean mass. Available records and data coverage affect whether a result can be shown.
Enough history comes first.
The current model is for adults aged 18 or over and requires at least thirty completed, distinct history days and 65% data coverage. It looks at six months of context and the recent thirty days. Missing days do not reset the history count.
Follow changes, with the limits in view.
Eligible results are published every fourteen days. The indicator is not a clinically validated biological-age test, an epigenetic test or a lifespan prediction. Changes in devices, recording habits and available data can affect comparisons.
A few good questions
Does a lower estimate prove that I am healthier?
No. This is a wellness model, not a diagnosis or clinical outcome. Use the inputs and history as context for your habits rather than treating the number as a medical conclusion.
