Choose a challenge.
Accepted-friend challenges can run for one, seven or thirty days. Supported comparisons include steps, sleep scores and calibrated Aging Pace when eligible records are available.
Choose what is visible.
Social participation is optional. After joining, your profile and daily scores are visible according to your settings. Choose friends-only, hide individual metrics or profile details, and use blocking, reporting and profile deletion when you need them.
Private records stay out of leaderboards.
Raw health records, lab documents and private journal notes are not shared to leaderboards. This website’s Better Club is a separate public conversation space; app friends and private app records are not automatically copied here.
Decide which stats you want a friend to see, then choose a challenge you both want to take part in.
A few good questions
Is my social profile private by default?
Joining is optional and requires consent. Once you join, the default social profile and daily scores can be visible to friends and global participants. Review your visibility settings and choose friends-only or hide metrics before sharing.
Are Club replies connected to my app account?
No. Website replies use the display name and text you submit. They are reviewed before publication and do not connect to your private app records.
